Professional Directors and Advisors

In addition to doing consulting projects, we serve as directors and advisors to smaller and middle market companies to have long term continuity in working with and building their businesses  With over 30 years' experience managing consumer products manufacturing and importing companies, Jim Twerdahl has had a wealth of very practical business experience.  He has served on a number of public and private companies in a variety of manufacturing, healthcare and service businesses.  He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a former member of the Forum for Corporate Directors to have continuing education in corporate governance and best corporate practices.
