VMG Capital is the investment banking arm of James S. Twerdahl & Associates.  Our mission is four-fold:

•  We assist middle market and smaller companies preparing their businesses for sale and actually helping them sell at the right time to maximize value.
• We assist businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of industries in due diligence and acquisitions of other businesses.
•  We assist emerging and developing companies to raise equity capital to finance their businesses.
• Through our extensive network of contacts we work with companies to help them obtain the most reasonably priced debt financing possible.

What makes us different?

•          We have operating backgrounds, not just finance or banking backgrounds, so we closely identify with the issues our clients face in selling their businesses and in raising capital.  Ours is a very pragmatic, hands-on approach. 

•          Typically we work with businesses that are smaller than those served by larger investment banking firms with high minimum fees. We are a low overhead firm with out a large administrative staffs and other overhead so can charge our clients very reasonable fees.
