Typically the size businesses we work with have sales between $3
and $50 million.
- We help position companies to maximize the value received in
a sale by helping them structure their businesses to be most attractive
to potential buyers. Not unlike the marketing of a great
product or service, companies must be branded and positioned to
be most attractive to potential buyers.
- We use a very selective targeted approach to identify potential
buyers who will pay top dollar, do transactions quickly, and minimize
the hassle and disruption to business sellers.
- For smaller businesses we have affiliations with well qualified
business brokers who do an excellent job of listing and promoting
businesses for sale. We work with companies to develop business
plans and marketing materials to guide and supplement the work
of business brokers.
- For larger businesses, including those in the upper segment
of the range we target, we have relationships with larger investment
banking firms that can supply needed research and other services
to supplement what we do.
Ours is a very personal and marketing intensive approach to selling
a business. We work with owners to present their business
and its future prospects in the most positive light possible so
that buyers can understand and appreciate the long term potential
of the business. Only in that way can full value be realized.
As members of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors we
